Solothurn, 21st of June, 11 o’clock : “ We have ordered daily processions in our town. This decision has been carried out today. Today our gracious Lord of Lorraine in the eleventh hour this morning rode into our town with 30 horses. With him were two Counts of Bitche and a Count of Leiningen. They intended to continue to Berne. ”
“ Bodemünzi ”, June 22nd, evening : “ The Duke of Burgundy, had had a richly decorated cottage built upon a hill for himself. This was where he staked his own tent and resided. The Confederate commanders decided that this building should be given to the Duke of Lorraine and his servants. And so the decision was carried out and the Duke was grateful and joyful to be housed in the Burgundian cottage. His crates were broken into by the ordinary folk. Unfortunately they stole goods belonging to the Duke of Lorraine. They mistakenly considered them goods of the Burgundians. The Duke of Lorraine and his people took this with ease and did not lodge any claims based upon this event. “
